Email: Thomas Kranz

A Washington-state native, Mr. Kranz has lived in Colorado since 2005.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana) in 2003, with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Public Service. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2007. While in law school, he was a participant in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s annual moot court competition. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Kranz was with the Denver firm of Grund, Dagner & Jung, P.C. Prior to that, he was with the law firm of Boudreau & Nisivaco, P.C., in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Kranz has experience in a wide array of practice areas, including construction law, real estate law, business law, employment law, estate planning and probate, premises liability, personal injury litigation, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Kranz was named a “Rising Star” in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 by Colorado Super Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also licensed in Illinois.

Mr. Kranz is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, and Boulder County Bar Association.

Mr. Kranz is active in the community as a member of the Broomfield Rotary Club and the Notre Dame Club of Denver.
