Initial Consultation
Whether you were referred to the firm by a family member, friend, or another attorney, or you found us otherwise, we pride ourselves in providing a thorough and thoughtful initial consultation.
Consultations are available in person at any of our locations.
Some initial consultations can be scheduled over the telephone. In today’s technological world, most documents can be transmitted prior to the initial consultation for a more informative and thorough exploration of the services we may provide.
Engagement
Should you decide to engage the firm to represent your interests, you will sign a fee agreement for your first matter of representation. The fee agreement will provide the scope of representation and set the initial rates of compensation, the amount of a retainer, and other important information regarding our relationship.
Resolution
Whether it be planning an estate, acquiring real estate, or settling major litigation, resolution is always the goal. We work hard to achieve the best result possible for our clients.
